No, that's not the case.

If you receive a survey email, then complete the survey and qualify, you'll be allowed into a limited time test (with research surveys involved). It's quite different from being in the general Game Testing program.

That does not mean a particular country is excluded from Game Testing - although right now, the focus is on the US. That will change in time.

Muss also nicht unbedingt bedeuten, dass es auch mails nach deutschland geschafft haben. Aber man merkt das es bald weitergeht und ich bin mal zuversichtlich, dass auch wir bald am testprogramm teilnehmen dürfen.

Ich habe leider keine Einladung / Aufforderung zur Umfrage bekommen. Wie sieht es bei anderen aus?

Ebenfalls negativ auch noch nichts aus unserer Gilde gehört allerdings ist ja noch früh. Wobei ich kenne das aus anderen Spielen wenn man ausgewählt wurde darf man ja nicht sagen das man ausgewählt wurde selbst das fällt unter die NDA.

Nehme aber trotzdem an das was durchsickern wird.

Genau das darfst Du hier sagen, mehr aber auch nicht Alles was dann kommen würde, ist dann NDA. Aber ein "Ich bin dabei" darf Dir also entfleuchen

From hearing the audio myself, and I'd say that this is an accurate transcription, it's clear that John is talking about the outcome of Game Testing, and the 'six week' reference is to the potential success of the title.

As I said, the reference to six weeks has nothing to do with Game Testing, or any other moment on the calendar in particular.

Es ist schon mal toll, dass sich überhaupt was tut. Ich wär auch gern dabei, vielleicht kommt ja noch was. Wenn nicht sei's drum, hauptsache das Spiel nähert sich immer mehr und mehr dem Release.

genau solche leute wie dich würde ich nicht auswählen. da sollte schon höhere qualität her. die leute die testen sollten nämlich den letzten feinschliff machen und bugs/exploits finden und nicht "boah geil ich roxxe jetzt star wars".

nein noch nicht aber es läuft grad an

ist doch egal ob man ausgewählt wird oder nicht, ab dem release fängt eh wieder jeder von 0 an und die Tester sollen sich in erster Linie auf die Fehler konzentrieren . Ich werd das Spiel sobald es draussen ist in vollen zügen genießen Beta hin oder her =)

Da liegst du gar nicht sooo falsch! Ich habe im englischen Forum gelesen, das viele den Test NICHT geschafft haben. D.h. sie haben zwar die Mail bekommen, wurden aber nicht für den Betatest ausgewählt!

In anderen Worten, selbst wenn du die Mail bekommst heißt das noch lange nicht, das du automatisch teilnimmst
