hier mal die antwort bzgl eu testing.
"
Hello all. You guys and gals have been busy. As have we; Gamescom was a very big and very busy show. Now I'm back Stateside (and nine hours removed from Germany) I can answer a few questions.
You may not get all the answers to your questions here, but we will hopefully be able to answer all of them in time. Thanks to Shingara for gathering together a bunch so I can answer concisely.
I will say that the one big question you probably all have ("When do Beta Testing Weekends actually start?") won't be answered for a little while, but we're working on that.

Three questions in one paragraph, bonus!
First up, a worldwide launch isn't being considered for the reasons we've stated several times already. With the volume of expected pre-orders and ultimately launch day customers, we took the decision to limit the amount of copies available to ensure the highest quality of overall game service from day one onwards. That decision was complex and difficult to make, as 'game service' for us encompasses many things, from servers to customer service and everything in-between.
Digital copies are also finite because every copy sold is another customer hitting the servers on launch day.
Last of all, I don't believe I ever suggested we were dictating game release to retailers. However, traditionally, retailers do restock on the days I mentioned (Tuesday for US (and I would guess Canada, but I don't know for sure) and Thursday/Friday for EU/UK) and in the case of really large retailers, that's a day that's hard to change. We're not blaming them, it's just a fact.

Not seeing the bank connection, sorry. I'm afraid we're not going to narrow the release window until we're ready to do so.

No, as stated previously, it's based on when you redeem your code. It's also important to note that everyone who pre-orders gets Early Game Access.

You're making some assumptions here that aren't true. Many people outside of North America will get to test the game; it's not yet complete; and we're eager to hear feedback from everyone who tests.
Feedback varies enormously from tester to tester, and it's very possible that feedback given even close to launch will end up being implemented in the game - and that's before we get into post-launch and the ongoing feedback cycle.

No conspiracy here; the general FAQ was originally written much earlier than the pre-order FAQ. The latter is more up-to-date, so it was modified.

Not yet, but closer to launch we will.

As explained above, that's not entirely our decision.

I really think this is probably the biggest issue concerning people, and we understand that. It's being discussed right now, and it might well happen.

As it's still in discussion, we obviously can't talk about this yet.

Yes. As soon as we've been able to solidify plans, we've spoken about them.

I honestly don't know, and I'm not sure why this might be seen as important. As I haven't gone through the 200+ pages of this thread's incarnations, if someone points me to the original reference I can potentially answer better.

Assuming 'DD' means 'digital download' (or 'Digital Deluxe', I'd guess?) then it's too early to say. I expect that will get decided in line with when Early Game Access starts, and as I said, that's in discussion.

This seems to be essentially the same question as above - when does Early Game Access start for the US/EU - and that's still being discussed. (In part it depends on our total number of pre-orders, which is still ongoing.)
I will say that Early Game Access for each territory will end on launch day for each territory, and the grace period will then start.
Many of these questions will get answered in more depth and detail closer to launch. We're aware of all of these issues, and we're working to solve those that need solved."
